The LIFT Platform Token
Lid Protocol is happy to announce the launch of LIFT, the Liftoff platform token. LIFT provides numerous benefits to the community around Liftoff and a decentralized way to verify launches on Liftoff.
LIFT will not be replacing the LID token, rather these two will work together closely. LID will continue to function as Lid Protocol’s liquidity token, for both Liftoff and future products. Sales on Liftoff will continue to have one-third of their liquidity in LID/xxx, and LIFT will not replace this critical LID use case. For involvement in the Liftoff community, hold LIFT. For exposure to the full basket of tokens launched on Lid Protocol’s products, stake LID.
To qualify for LIFT benefits, you will need to maintain a LIFT balance and be whitelisted. With Lid Legacy sales, we saw a few bad actors take advantage of community benefits. Whitelisting strikes a balance of protecting privacy and punishing bad actors.
LIFT Features
LIFT will start with Tier 1 requirements and rewards. Tier 1 will always have the best rewards — any future benefits will accrue to Tier 1 first. To apply to be a Tier 1 member, you must hold 1 LIFT and verify your ethereum address for whitelisting from your discord account. If your account ever drops below 1 LIFT, you will lose your Tier 1 status and will need to reapply.

- Vote on verification of Liftoff sales

Token Allocations:
- 2000 LIFT total supply
- 1251 LIFT to ignitors
- 749 LIFT to liquidity
Pricing details:
- Softcap: 100 eth
- Hardcap: 650 eth
- Price at hardcap: 1.92 LIFT/ETH
- If hardcap is not reached, excess tokens are distributed proportionately to buyers.

- 5.09% fees
- 30% LIFT buyback&burn
- 10% Liftoff Partners (marketing)
